Arta Terme Thermal Centre
Among the best known Italian spas for the offered therapies and the different treated pathologies, the thermal baths of Arta Terme are appreciated for their benefits.
The water that flows from the Pudia Spring of Arta takes its name from the Latin “aqua putens” (water that stinks, due to its characteristic smell of rotten eggs) is a cold, clear and colourless water rich in mineral salts and sulphates, enriched by the presence of elements such as calcium and magnesium.
The excellent therapeutic qualities of the sulphurous water from the source of Arta derive from its low sulphidrimetric grade, which makes it much more bearable in therapies and rarely causes thermal crises.
